Refund Policy

1. Rental Deposit:
The rental deposit is non-refundable. Once the customer has prepaid the rental deposit, it will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances, including booking cancellations or changes.

2. Rental Fees:
Rental fees for both car rental and chauffeur service are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the respective terms and conditions.

3. Security Deposit:
The Security Deposit is refundable, provided that there are no damages to the rental vehicle, traffic violations, or outstanding fines reported during the rental period. If the Security Deposit is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7 days after the return of the vehicle or completion of chauffeur service.

4. Booking Cancellations:
In case of booking cancellations for car rental or chauffeur service, the hirer may be eligible for a partial refund in accordance with the following guidelines:
– Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the rental or service date may be eligible for a 50% refund of the total rental or service fees.
– Cancellations made within 30 days of the rental or service date are not eligible for a refund, and the full rental or service fees will be retained.

5. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking process. It may take 30 days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the policies of the payment provider.

6. Refund Disputes:
If a customer believes they are entitled to a refund and there is a dispute regarding the refund, they should contact our customer support team within 7 days of the rental or service date. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and provide a response within 14 days of receiving the request.

7. Refunds for Partial Usage:
In the event that a customer returns a rental vehicle or concludes chauffeur service before the scheduled rental or service period, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the rental or service fees.

8. Exceptional Circumstances:
In exceptional circumstances, such as vehicle breakdowns or service disruptions due to reasons beyond our control, we may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate customers in such situations.
